  5.  RhythmAce supports the following MIDI and
  6.  sound-enhancing hardware:

  8.     *  100% MPU-401 compatible MIDI cards
  9.     *  AdLib Music Synthesizer Card
  10.     *  Creative Lab's Sound Blaster card

  12.  
  13.  MIDI:
  14.  
  15.  RhythmAce will automatically detect the presence
  16.  of a compatible MIDI card.
  17.  
  18.  The default I/O port address for MIDI is 330h.
  19.  If your card uses a different port then you must
  20.  run the program using the 'D' command line
  21.  option.  For example:

  23.      ACE D3F8   (change port to 3F8h)
  24.  
  25.  ADLIB:

  27.  Make sure that the driver SOUND.COM, provided
  28.  with the card, has been executed prior to running
  29.  RhythmAce.

  31.  SOUNDBLASTER:

  33.  In the case of the Sound Blaster card, you must
  34.  run the SB-SOUND.COM driver before using
  35.  RhythmAce.

  38.  SOUNDBLASTER MIDI:

  40.  If you own the MIDI expansion module for the
  41.  Sound Blaster card you must use the "SM" command
  42.  line option to enable its features.
